Mennt ceramics are hand-made in our Sydney studio. Every item is hand-cast using high quality Australian porcelain. The casting process creates a consistency in design and a uniqueness in detail, with each item containing evidence of the maker's touch throughout the process, making every item perfectly imperfect. 


-  How to care for my Mennt ceramics?

All Mennt products are designed and made using quality materials to last a lifetime. Our products are all dishwasher safe made using food safe glazes.
As with all porcelain, thermal shock must be considered. Sudden changes in temperature (such as freezer to oven) will result in damage. Breakages can occur if dropped or treated roughly.


-How can I pay for my order?

We accept Visa, Mastercard and Paypal. Please email with your order if you wish to pay via direct debit. The order will be processed once payment is received.


-  How long will it take for my order to arrive?

All orders are shipped within 3 business days of processing payment. Once it is shipped you will receive an email with tracking information and an indication of the arrival day. Not all items are in stock at all times, therefore if the item is out of stock please allow up to four weeks for the piece to be made and delivered. If you require an item for a specific date, please contact me at prior to placing the order and together we will organise a solution.


- Do you ship worldwide?

Yes. Please email for all international orders. Any taxes or duties incurred on international orders are the customer's responsibility.


- Do you offer refunds or exchanges?

All sales are final. Unfortunately, shipping ceramics is a tough gig so if your item is damaged upon opening, shoot us through a few images of the items with your proof of purchase within 7 days of receiving your package and we will try to arrange a solution to best suit your needs.
